Just today, Labor Day, Steve came out right away just after he opened at 8:00am and found the source of my outside unit not working, a mouse. Fixed it quickly and my home was cool once more. Several months ago I Had a clogged drainage line which had caused excess condensation of which I had not realized was a big problem.
